3. Perception Reframing - This process is repeated until a measurable shift is detected in your voice patterns, indicating a change in how the topic is being held internally. When this shift occurs, the session concludes — often leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered.
what does a evox session look like?
During an EVOX session, you’ll speak briefly into a microphone while resting your hand on a handheld cradle. As you speak about a chosen topic, your voice and body’s natural frequencies are gently measured at the same time.
EVOX then uses personalized biofeedback to reflect supportive frequencies back to your body, helping the nervous system recognize and shift out of stuck emotional patterns — similar to tuning an instrument so it comes back into harmony.
For example, if you choose to focus on a feeling like sadness or overwhelm, you simply speak about it for 10 second intervals. Calming music plays while the biofeedback works through the hand cradle. The session continues until a measurable shift in your voice patterns occurs, indicating a change in how the topic is being held internally. Many people leave sessions feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease.
Your first EVOX session is a 90-minute appointment. We’ll begin with a brief conversation to review your intake, explore what you’re experiencing, and go over how EVOX Biofeedback Therapy works and how it may support your wellness journey.
Together, we’ll choose a main topic to focus on. I’ll guide you through what to say during the short voice recordings, and the EVOX portion of the session typically lasts 20–40 minutes, depending on the topic and your individual response.
At the end of the session, we’ll review insights from your reports, and I’ll share recommendations or simple integration practices to support you between sessions. EVOX sessions are gentle, non-invasive, and you are always in control of what you choose to share.
Experiences after an EVOX session can vary from person to person. Many people report feeling lighter, calmer, more relaxed, or emotionally regulated shortly after a session.
It’s also common to notice subtle shifts in awareness, emotions, or perspective in the days following. Some people sleep better, feel more clarity, while others feel more restful or reflective — all of these responses are normal.
Yes. EVOX Biofeedback Therapy can be done remotely with a stable internet connection, access to a hand cradle, and a Windows-based computer (EVOX is not compatible with Apple/Mac systems).
Remote sessions are conducted over Zoom & done through the ZYTO Remote app, which you’ll download ahead of your appointment. This allows us to connect securely and work together just as we would in person. A headset or microphone is helpful but optional.

The number of EVOX sessions varies from person to person and depends on your goals and the areas you’d like to focus on. Some people come in with a specific concern, while others are looking for deeper, ongoing emotional support.
As a general guideline, many people benefit from about 3 sessions per topic. We’ll have a clearer sense of what may be most supportive for you after your first session, and we’ll always move at a pace that feels right for you.
Frequency depends on your goals and what feels supportive for you. Many people begin with weekly sessions for a few weeks to build momentum and support deeper emotional shifts.
After the initial phase, some choose to space sessions out to twice a month, while others prefer monthly check-ins to maintain balance as new stressors arise.
